Missing translation operator in templates

Hi,

In this template:

design/standard/templates/survey/result.tpl

line 18, it miss the translation operator for «All evaluations» ( {"All evaluations"|i18n('survey')} )

In this one:

design/standard/templates/survey/result_list.tpl

line 20, it miss the translation operator for «Summary» ( {"Summary"|i18n('survey')} )
line 21, it miss the translation operator for «All evaluations» ( {"All evaluations"|i18n('survey')} )

Moreover, it would be cool if the buttons could be translated in these templates:

design/standard/templates/survey/result.tpl
design/standard/templates/survey/result_list.tpl
