[Cache] Fix class parameter given to Symfony for custom TagAware impl

Followup on 2a8ce8aa1a3625e6ed8b2bb0b4124e2287102d03, in order to set custom TagAware Adapter, class
needs to be set to interface to avoid issues when symfony lazy proxy is generated.
