* Added optional cookie for user name (for your ajax / aggressive reverse proxy cache needs..)
* Added optional cookie to indicate the user is plain member (logged in user that we can cache)
* Added SSO support using http redirect loop
Changes:
* Set cookie name to same as used in 4.1 by default
* Set value to false on logout to properly delete the cookie
* Disabled templates by default (commented out design.ini settings)
* Simplified vlogin.ini settings
