Added: Changelog for 0.0.23, doc/USAGE, bcimagelaliasremove cronjob part and support to generate and remove image aliases of all objects in a content tree node subtree. Added script parameters node-id and subtree-children to create and remove by specific node/subtree. Added BCImageAlias::createByNodeSubtree and BCImageAlias::removeByNodeSubtree methods. Renamed BCImageAlias methods 'removeAllAliasesByAttribute' to 'removeByAttribute' and 'removeAllAliases' to 'removeByAttributes' for clarity and consistency. Removed incomplete and deprecated workflow event. Refined script and class execution verbose output formatting. Expanded documentation. All Dev and QA Build tests pass 100% with current version of bcimagealias using eZ Publish Community Build 2011.09
