miscelleanous improvements :
* declaring in loadFiles() to avoid php notice when empty
* outputing resulting files in cache/public/stylesheets to take benefit of ezjscore rewriterule
* catching lessphp exceptions and output them in ez debug
* directly call ezjsPacker::fixImgPath instead of redeclaring it
